The product is designed to produce vegan sorbet soft serve ice cream using an ice cream machine. Thanks to the carefully selected ingredients, the preparation time is reduced to a minimum and the finished product has excellent features and high efficiency. It freezes quickly, aerates easily, and resists melting for a long time. The well-balanced recipe makes the ice cream texture delicate and creamy even despite they are diary free. Thanks to the use of real dried fruit obtained with the use of an innovative method of drying, which allows to preserve the nutritional value and taste, and the use of natural concentrated fruit juices, the ice cream has an exceptionally intense flavour. It is much more intensive than the traditional Soft Serve Ice Cream containing milk. The product can be pasteurised without affecting the color or flavour of the ice cream. The ease of preparation, requiring only the addition of water, mixing and pouring the mixture into the ice cream machine, as well as the excellent organoleptic properties of our product, makes it an ideal solution for every ice cream parlour.


Sorbet Soft Serve Ice Cream is an ideal proposition for vegans, vegetarians, people suffering from lactose or milk protein intolerance, and those who want to be up to date with current food trends. The product has been developed in such a way that it is compatible with both soft serve ice cream machines (with pumps and with a gravity mode of operation) and spin ice cream (hard ice cream).

Sorbet Soft Serve Ice Cream contains real dried fruit and natural concentrated fruit juice, suitable for each flavour. It is 100% plant-based.
