The product is designed to produce pancakes based on wholemeal rye flour. Thanks to the carefully selected ingredients, the preparation time is reduced to a minimum, while ensuring its stability, so it can be prepared much earlier than before the frying. The finished dough can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time. Whole Grain Pancakes are marked by a unique taste, high nutritional value, and a high content of prohealth components. The ease of preparation, requiring only the addition of water, oil, mixing the dough and frying, and the excellent organoleptic properties of our product, makes it an ideal solution for every restaurant. As Pancakes do not contain sugar they are perfect to combine with a variety of savoury ingredients. Using our product allows you to avoid problematic disinfection and sterilization of eggs and the need to have the necessary equipment and rooms at your eating place. You will also save additional space in your refrigerator, previously needed for storing milk.

The product is available in 10 kg or 10kg (5x2kg) packaging.
