Quark Balls

Mix - Quark Balls is intended for making small fried balls with the addition of quark, buttermilk or fruit mousse. Thanks to the carefully selected ingredients, the preparation time is reduced to a minimum and the finished product remains stable and fresh for a long time. Dough is piped into the hot frying fat with a confectionery bag. During frying, small pieces of dough form into small balls which turn over in the fat on their own. Thanks to this, we can easily obtain donuts with regular shape and a crispy crust. The addition of quark, buttermilk or fruit mousse gives them a unique taste and makes them have a delicate, soft and moist crumb.
